The motivation, and thus, effort that the MOCC members put forth is tremendous and speaks as a testament to the love they had for Rhonda, as well as how strongly they feel about their desires not to see other families go through what she endured.

This organization is 100% volunteer-based, but more importantly, is the heart and the drive the founding members have to finding a cure for such a terrible disease. MOCC was established as a result of the suffering of a phenomenal lady who will not ever be forgotten by anyone who knew her. Rhonda would be so proud and happy to witness the uplifting this organization has given to many others enduring what Rhonda was forced to. While steadfastly pursuing the daunting goal of finding a cure for this disease, MOCC has also supported many individuals and families with their daily suffering, offering encouragement and uplifting them with care packages. Very few organizations offer this type of diversity.

MOCC has not even been in existence for an entire year, yet it has affected the lives of people all over the country (and even Canada!) MOCC offers support, comfort, compassion and encouragement to those in the trenches of this terrible disease. They offer this through gift packages, free counseling, support groups, fun activities, and even grant research. It is a buoy to ovarian cancer patients and their families!
