I have been volunteering for the DRC for over 5 years, which that in itself is a testament to what a wonderful experience it has been. The staff is outstanding and ensures that volunteers have all the support they need in order to perform their responsibilities as mediators to the best of their ability. It is a very welcoming environment for volunteers and clients alike. Volunteers feel appreciated, and I myself look forward to many more years of volunteerism with this great organization. They provide a great service to the community.
