When I was first looking to find a place to make an impact, I wanted to see if I could give back to the community while earning volunteer hours. I was already proficient in tutoring and able to help out other struggling students, so when I considered volunteering, I knew I was suitable. I love this organization because the students are so funny when they want to be, especially during fun activities. Sometimes, they're even willing to stay past tutoring to talk with us, which warms my heart, and I know they'll bring their fun energy as they grow up to become successful citizens.
