i've gotten two computers from them. The second one had a dead battery from day one and they very kindly replaced it. So that's two batteries. Now, 4 months later the new battery died and they won't replace it. if it's a refurbished computer, does that mean that they're sending out "refurbished' batteries also. Their reason for not replacing it is that it's past the 90 day warranty. But three batteries in 5 months? It's starting to get expensive.

On the first computer, the key below the glidepad died not long after I bought it. Now, other keys are starting to not respond as well. I didn't even bother to contact them because I knew they wouldn't fix it. They respond by email, I'll give them that. I love non-profits. Our theatre is a non-profit, but I don't love TechSoup and I can't recommend them. i've had so many problems with these computers, it just wasn't worth it.
