We are considering a service dog for our 18 year old daughter who struggles with chronic illness that limits her mobility as well as with anxiety and depression. I love the idea that Medical Mutts turns shelter dogs into service dogs. All of my emails were answered promptly, and Jack spent close to an hour with me on the phone going over the process of applying, waiting for, paying for, and ultimately receiving a service dog in great detail. We have not made the commitment yet because of other medical expenses that our family has been faced with since I inquired, but it's still something we very much hope to pursue. If we lived closer to Medical Mutts we would definitely participate in their "help us walk our dogs in training" days!
