When I first heard about the Reno Rodeo Scholarship I was a little hesitant about applying at first. I was scared that I would not be considered as a candidate for the scholarship because I have never been a part of my high Schools rodeo team. Fast forward a month and one of my friend's moms told me I should apply. So I went back and looked over the application. I was pleased to see that I did not have to be a part of high school rodeo. The years of Participating in FFA and wanting to study for a degree in agriculture were what they were looking for. I am beyond grateful to the Reno Rodeo Foundation for giving me their support to further my knowledge in agriculture.
