Prior to going here I hadn't had a break in over 7 years. I was exhausted frazzled and felt alone. This gave me time to start resting, regroup, meet others who had similar experiences, and at times get much needed advice and support.

Hang with the group or stay in your room. There is no pressure, just love, understanding and relaxation.
