I’d originally joined NGF as a way to challenge myself—as a way to bolster my credentials as an honors high school student. It didn’t take me long to connect with the kids through their interests and senses of humor! I enjoyed revisiting subjects that my own classes were simply building on and being able to teach my students topics I excelled in. They say your knowledge is seen through how well you can teach it, and I can honestly say that NGF revealed the truth of this message to me! My only regret is not joining sooner; I’ll truly miss my students when I graduate!
