Andrea was simply a godsend. We had our two chinchillas for many years but unfortunately began to develop some pretty severe allergies more recently. We made the difficult decision to give them up but we couldn't find a place that we would feel comfortable re-homing them to. I researched for many hours and kept coming back to Andrea's rescue. It was almost like winning the lottery when she said she finally got an opening. Her communication was clear and she made the process feel like an easy transition rather than a painstaking departure. We're so thankful for her and would recommend her to anyone with chinchilla needs.
