I came to know about ODV during a tattoo fundraiser to help veterans. I have been helped by many people from ODV for different situations including help with VA benefits package, GI bill, Healthcare, Military funeral arrangements, someone to talk to, ect..ect… Operation Decisive Victory has some high class leaders who go out of their way to help our current and veteran military brother and sisters.
