Operation Decisive Victory is a great organization. They helped my father who is a Vietnam Veteran and i am his sole caretaker. We are currently living in a hotel and they went beyond to help us!. They were so supportive and cautious and very kind. Thank you Operation Decisive Victory for all of your help and thank you for everything that you do and stand for!
There is no other group in the country that takes the time and does more, to get to know and provide the basic life necessities that Veterans need. ODV does not have a "one size fits all" solution when approached by a US military service member in need of help. Their holistic approach to the needs of Veterans is a necessary service that bridges the gaps and expedites the process, for Veterans facing the daunting task of dealing with government bureaucracy.
Any supporting assistance that can be given to this group, financial or volunteerism, would be the best way people can, in some small way, repay US Veterans for the service and personal sacrifices they have provided while protecting and serving the citizens of the USA.
The impact of Operation Decisive Victory's innovative initiatives is transformative. Families that once felt limited in their options now find themselves with a wealth of resources and opportunities. The organization's commitment to changing the narrative around veterans' assistance is evident in the success stories that continue to emerge from their programs.
My husband met the founder of this organization in 2019 and I have been privileged to witness their mission in action as a volunteer and as a donor since then.
One of the standout qualities of Operation Decisive Victory is the depth of knowledge possessed by its team members. From navigating complex benefit systems to providing emotional support, the organization's volunteers exhibit a wealth of information that proves invaluable to veterans and first responders seeking assistance. This knowledge is delivered with a level of professionalism that reflects a deep respect for the individuals they serve, fostering an environment of trust and reliability.
Everyone I have talked to at ODV has been very knowledgeable and has been able to answer all my questions and help me navigate the VA system. You can tell they really care about veterans and ensure they get what they can and deserve. They have dedicated their lives to serving us that have served and those that I have talked to are also veterans, so they really understand what we all go through.
They are a wonderful group. Have met many people they have helped. Works hard to make things happen.
It doesn't matter the time of day or night, when a veteran needs help, ODV is there. They help a veteran get through all of the red tape to get their needs met. They truly care about each veteran and their families.

I’ve been a paramedic for over 20 years. When I was struggling and went looking for help, I found Operation Decisive Victory. They helped me find resources but they also continue to be there for me when needed. They don’t dump you at the curb. They are quick to help and support you when it’s needed. Other organizations leave you hanging, and wondering why you bothered to reach out to them. ODV does not.
Good Morning,
My name is Milas Wyatt and I am a Disabled Vet thats a participant in the NVWG (National Veterans Wheelchair Games).
For the last 3 years ODV has aided in my being abled to attend the Games by helping and showing me how to raise funds by introducing me to what I needed to do and people that would help also raising funds for my trip, comfort food. I wish I could express how much Dona and Tintu has helped and how much it has and do mean to me. A lot of times I'm slow but my admiration of these two GREAT, KIND PEOPLE is beyond being able to explain...
But what can you expect they are a MARINE CORP FAMILY!!!
THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FROM THE BOTTOM AND TOP OF MY HEART!!!
OOOHRAH SEMPER FI
Awesome people who truly care about helping veterans. They will drop what they're doing to work with you. They are 100% volunteers as well, so they dedicate their personal time and effort to filling the gaps that the VA can't or won't fill.
Our beloved brother Billy “Link” Chapman found ODV and was a cause ear and dear to his heart. To this day we are proud to help this great organization in his honor, they are doing great things for those who gave everything!
ODV is one of those organizations that you feel so comfortable getting behind and supporting however you can. The goals of working through the "red tape" that can hinder so many of our veterans and supporting them whenever and however they need is and should be the goal of every American citizen anyway, in my opinion. I can't tell you how many times I have heard from the Parameswar family, the husband and wife duo that created and head this organization, about how they are "putting up a Veteran for a long weekend" or "helping them move" or just whatever it is that they can do to help. Not only does this family treat complete strangers like family, they created this nonprofit and work who knows how many hours weekly just to show love and support to fellow Veterans who either can not or do not know how to get what they need in their lives at that particular moment; especially when others have not been able to provide that support. I will forever support this nonprofit as I am able and urge everyone to do the same - all in the benefit of our fellow warriors who gave so much for our safety and comfort. Thank you all for your service and sacrifice.
ODV is not only an amazing non-profit due to their vision of taking care of Veterans but they give both financially and physically as a board. I’ve volunteered with them and anyone can see that they give blood, sweat and tears. As a Gold Star Family, ODV sponsored a Golf Event in memory of our son who was Killed In Action in Iraq. I was so proud to have been a part of this event and non~profit.

I am a GOLD STAR MOTHER. ODV is a non-profit that I wish to support because of their dedication to the Veteran Community. They are committed to making sure that no man is left behind whether it is for something very simple or totally complex. They also run on a Volunteer basis. I thank them for their integrity and sincere care for all Veterans.
Great experience every time ODV has helped us! More impressively the Willingness to be there not only for us Veterans but for our family’s as well. My last interaction with ODV, I was in desperate need of assistance after leaving one job and traveling almost 200 miles a day for work. They were able to come together and help us get situated so weren’t so bad off! Things are still moving for us, we know our struggle isn’t finished year but with ODV maybe our struggle won’t have to happen to someone else! Thank you ODV for your help!
Operation Decisive Victory is an amazing veterans advocacy group. Every team member I've worked with does their best to aid each veteran and first responder in their post-service journey. Any need is met with a personal and dedicated response from ODV, doing all in their power to accomplish the mission. There is a sense of true brotherhood between this organization and its clients and I have come away from my experience with ODV set up for success, with some new great friends to boot. Thank you, ODV, for everything you've done for me and my family.
My name is Ted Scott. Before ODV I was a homeless Veteran for lil over 2 years sleeping in my car. I've had a recent court date to where I had to spend a few days in County jail. During my stay I received a phone call from a gentleman representing ODV. Surprising to me I had no idea that this phone call would be a call that changed my life in a huge way. The gentleman preceded to tell me who he was and who he represented. To be honest I didn't know what to think. But he told me about ODV and what this Nonprofit does for Veterans and he would be there for me when my time in jail was up. Ive heard people all my life tell me that they would do things for me that needless to say I was always disappointed. But sure as the sun shines this gentleman was there waiting for me at my release. Not only was he there, he picked me up and provided me with a place to stay until this day. Also connected me with other resources that is currently helping me to find permanent housing. Anything that I needed ODV provided. Thanks to them I'm no longer on the streets and my life is a lot better than it was 2 years ago. I am truly blessed. These are good people and they brought me hope when I thought that people didnt care. Thanks ODV.
Thanks to ODV my family and I were able to make a smooth transition into our new home. ODV provided me with the resources that I needed and spoke to people on my behalf so that me and my son would not have to go without. They made sure we were housed until the day I signed my lease. They also followed up with me and kept in contact with me throughout my entire process. I'm so grateful for ODV and the wonderful people who are apart of the company that make ODV special because from day one they assured me that everything would be okay, and with that help and the support that ODV provided I am definitely on my way to my success.
ODV is an awesome group to work with. They helped me to file for my disability. Couldn’t ask for any better people to work with. Any questions I’ve had were answered immediately. They are definitely a great place to help Vets out. I’ve learned a lot from them and would refer any Vet to them that needs help. They can help In many ways.
We honestly could not wait to write this testimony about our experience with the wonderful people at Operation Decisive Victory. As a retired Army service connected veteran, I never even considered the possibility that I would or could ever become homeless. In May of 2022 due to a apartment fire, my fiance and I lost everything. After the limited insurance and the red cross assistance ran out we quickly found ourselves at the VA begging for any kind of temporary housing assistance. Unfortunately it was determined that we were ineligible for any help, due to my income, ( no matter how dire the emergency) We ended up literally sleeping on the streets. That is when Operation Decisive Victory stepped in. They not only helped us sort through the challenges we were facing, they more importantly , came up with a solution. They put us up in a hotel, ( fed us as well!) and purchased bus tickets for us to travel to another city where they had found housing for both of us. I really have a hard time putting into words what they did meant to us. It was a game changer. Its allowed us to slowly get ourselves back together. We still have plenty of work ahead of us, but we are so grateful for this organization. Please support them!! Thank you guys!!!!!
I recently relocated to North Carolina from Texas, and found myself and my 4 year old homeless in this 100 degree weather, desperately looking for somewhere to go. I was put in contact with ODV and spoke with Tintu, and the same day we were put up into temporary shelter. I believe this organization actually cares to make sure your needs are taken care of and they genuinely love the work that they do, and it’s appreciated. Thank you, guys!
I was living out my suitcase and had no where to go. The Va said they didn’t take walk ins and I had called other organizations but nobody got in touch with me but ODV. In under 5 hrs they gotten me off the streets and into a warm bed with shelter. I’m forever grateful and could never thank ORV enough. They went over and beyond to help me and they worked after normal business hrs to assist me in taking care of my crisis. If I could give them more stars I would. I definitely recommend them to any veteran that’s going through any hardship. Give them a call. You will not be disappointed. They have changed my life.
#ImGrateful
Tintu was heaven sent. He listened to every cry out for help. This organization helped me faster than the VA Hospital. Within the same week of needing help I was placed somewhere safe and was giving other resources that reached out as soon as they received my referral. Thank you for all you guys do. Thank you for serving this great country with me and idc y’all deserve to get paid for helping us.
I cannot begin to tell you the work and efforts of this organization! There are several organizations that are listed to help veterans, and realistically, it’s usually a process and takes a little time to get the help you need, but this company……..I spoke to someone around 1230 and explained the expedited help I needed, and they made it happen barely an hour and a half later!!!! THEN, continued to assist me with a new problem that came up directly afterwards! Everyone’s situation is different, but I PROMISE you, these volunteers are legit and will do everything in their power to get you the help you need.
Mr. Tintu is an extraordinary individual with an AMAZING gift for helping others and making them feel important!! Ms. Donna was also awesome at making sure my family and I were taken care of.
Thank you guys SO much for what you did, what you do, and what you will continue to do! ❤️
You have my utmost respect!
Hello to you all; I AM A VETERAN! my experience with OPERATION DECISIVE VICTORY was QUITE AMAZING! NO RED TAPE, NO SLOW TURN AROUND, NO 10 TEN STEP APPROVAL PROCESS! CAN I SAY THAT I FEEL VICTORIOUS RIGHT NOW! MY STRESS LEVEL WAS SO HIGH PRIOR TO COMPLETING THE APPLICATION! ALL.MY BILLS WERE PAST DUE AND SOME EVEN DISCONNECTED! THIS ORGANIZATION HAS TRULY COME FROM UP ABOVE! I WAS CALLED IMMEDIATELY...I TRULY THOUGHT THE CALL WAS A JOKE, CONSIDERING ALL THE OTHER ORGANIZATIONS THAT HAVE NOT CALLED ME BACK AS OF YET..I'M STILL WAITING FOR THE PHINE CALL OR EMAIL..MY THREE BILLS ARE AND THEY ARE CURRENT! I HAVEN'T SEEN THAT MUCH PROCESS ON MY ACCOUNTS IN A LONG TIME..DON'T HESITATE LIKE I ALMOST DID-- PUT YOUR PRIDE TO THE SIDE, I HAVE FOUR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 15...I DID IT FOR US! THE WHOLE OPERATION DECISIVE VICTORY WORKED TOGETHER AS A TEAM...AND MADE ME FEEL SO APPRECIATED! AND THAT'S WHY WE SERVE..PLEASE GO SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION RIGHT NOW! THEY WILL MAKE YOU FEEL SO COMFORTABLE AND RELAX..I CHALLENGE YOU ALL TO TRY THEM...YOUR TESTIMONY WILL BE LIKE MINE..
ODV is the hands down the best nonprofit organization to help veterans, when I lost all hope Tintu Parameswar and ODV saved me when I felt like I was alone and helped me make it through my hard times!!!
My unique situation with the delay in transitioning branches of service put me in a financial situation. Decisive Victory was able to step in and assist in ways other veterans groups couldn’t.
I have been involved with this charity for about a year now. The only thing I can say is WOW! Tintu and Donna are 2 of the most awesome people I have ever met. The charity is about helping Veterans, and guess what, that’s what they do. No red tape, no wait list, no politics. They just continue to help our Veterans anytime, anywhere, whatever is needed.
Operation Decisive Victory is an Amazing group that does so much to help the Veteran community! I have seen first hand how much they care for, and help Veterans in need. They don't just try to put a "bandaid" on a problem, they dig deep and fix the problem. In a world full of people doing things for the wrong reasons, it's so refreshing and encouraging to see an organization doing the Right thing on a daily basis!
When other nonprofits turn you away, ODV will not leave you alone in your time of need!! They go above and beyond for their Veterans. Every time I call on them, they ALWAYS respond and react. Love that.
Being a supporter of our Vets and First Responders I always saw there was a need. So many are lost in the system. ODV defies the norm, and goes above and beyond. A veteran did not serve a town, a county or a state, they served this country. So why is money restricted for our vets. They have a passion that I am PROUD to be a part of.
I was first introduced to ODV at a Memorial Day Ride this year. I was immediately impressed with there heart to serve veterans. From helping with a meal all the way to sheltering and everything in between there passion to help and honor our heroes shines forth,
When I first heard of ODV it was by meeting on of their volunteers who was at a restaurant the same time I was and he was toasting to the fallen heroes of our nation. His passion for helping people remember and help our often forgotten or misplaced veterans and their families was also evident in our first conversation. My mother met this same gentleman and decided to start getting to know more about ODV and began volunteering. Within weeks I did as well when it was clear to me they were putting their all into growing so they could better serve and they would need more helping hands. People from all backgrounds, people of all colors and ages and quite a few veterans work their tails off to make things happen with Operation Decisive Victory. Family coming first is so important in life in my opinion, and this group treats everyone like family. They ensure the people in need that they come in contact with have their needs met to the best of their abilities. Dona works tirelessly planning and making things happen- she is headstrong and determined while also personable and welcoming. Tintu has many trades he brings to the table for different aspects of ODV with photography and AV, he also works alongside Dona helping with every event to make things happen! I would say they are a power couple! ODV recently had an event (first ever if it’s kind by them) in memory of my brother. The photo is of Dona and Brian Wray who made it possible to get a My Bootprints custom print in memory of my brother made for my family and presented it to my parents (pictured) at the event. It was a very cool surprise and my parents were so grateful.
One of the volunteers recently heard I had a need (outside of ODV) and reached out to me offering to help. These are the kind of people that make up ODV. The small amount of volunteering I’ve been able to do with ODV and every contact I’ve had makes me proud to know them all and I am thrilled to be able to grow with them and continue being helping hands to so many lives in need. Our veterans need people and organizations like this!
ODV is an amazing non-profit organization, run by the 2 most selfless people. They help veterans in crisis, who might otherwise fall through the cracks of the system. Weather it be an immediate emergency, assistance filling out paperwork, or direction to the proper agency, ODV is there for our men & women who have so bravely served our country. A.W.O.L.S (American Warriors of Liberty) MC is proud to support Operation Decisive Victory.
Sincerely,
William Chapman

After several years of working with various VA representatives to get some benefits I gave up after hitting road block after road block.
I met Tintu and Donna Parameswar at an event we were at. After 10 minutes of talking Tintu told me I would not be able to find my records due to a fire. He started working with me and in less than a year I started receiving benefits.
Thanks to the Parameswar family and Operation Decisive Victory for such a fantastic job.
I believe they can easily accomplish anything but the impossible. The impossible takes a little longer.
I came to know about ODV during a tattoo fundraiser to help veterans. I have been helped by many people from ODV for different situations including help with VA benefits package, GI bill, Healthcare, Military funeral arrangements, someone to talk to, ect..ect… Operation Decisive Victory has some high class leaders who go out of their way to help our current and veteran military brother and sisters. Thank you
The VA in Salisbury contacted ODV on 2/25/21 about assisting a veteran to get home to Maine. ODV sprung into action and were able to help get this veteran a train ticket within a couple of hours. The ODV team were thoughtful and professional to work with.
Excellent organization that was there for me during my time of need a lot of organizations are out there this is the upper echelon they care about Veterans and it's good to have a organization like Operation Decisive Victory out there that have the best interests of our nation's veterans at heart
Operation Decisive Victory has helped me tremendously by approaching the root of the problem I was having in my life that caused me to be in a hardship to began with and providing a solution for the problem. Other veterans that are included at ODV reached out to me multiple times in a professional manner and they were willing to provide me with the help I needed and to further address any other issue I was having. Being an Infantryman in the United States Army has blessed me, but getting out was the hardest thing. ODV made me feel I wasn't alone and they reached out to me very promptly and covered my back so the problem stopped as it changed my life. Thank you ODV and I recommend donating to this NON Profit for the reason that they save lives.
Absolutely an amazing organization that helps and supports veterans. They work tirelessly to get help for veterans. They go above and beyond and couldn’t ask for better support!!
I am proud of my team's accomplishments over the past year and half in operation as a direct service provider to the veteran community. Our partnerships with the community allows us to serve all veterans - particularly those that are disqualified from other programs, or are referrals from other organizations.
As a 100% volunteer organization, the team's heart and commitment is evident in our continued efforts to change the narrative on how veteran and first responder issues are addressed.
- Dona Parameswar, CEO of ODV
This organization has been beyond helpful in meeting the needs of homeless Veterans in our community! They truly go above and beyond. So grateful for their advocacy and efforts. Tintu has been a wonderful advocate and its been a pleasure to collaborate with him!
Amanda Cantrell, LCSW
My best friend recommended me to Operation Decisive Victory because they had helped him immensely with his problem, so I informed him to contact them on my behalf. I was contacted immediately and told them of my concerns for not being taken seriously from my service connected injuries from the VSO. Mr. Tintu and Mr. Stephens started the process and guided and directed me on what information I needed to submit to the compensation board. Mr. Tintu took my case and he was professional, informative, and understanding. He has arranged for me to have another hearing in two weeks. Without Mr. Tintu and Operation Decisive Victory, my case would be just another case to be filed away. I recommend anyone who is having issues getting some help and answers to contact them because they are a tremendous organization for veterans and they truly care.
Thank God there’s an organization Like (ODV) that understand the struggles and life of a Military Veteran. I am grateful and thankful to all that help me at ODV. Their expert care, attention to detail, and professionalism are by far the best of the best in helping veterans. It would be my honor to share my referral with any and all veterans that need assistance. Thank you C. Branch USMC Semper Fi
ODV, As your board president I cant express enough how impressed I am with all you have accomplished in such a short time. The impact you have had on the lives of our military and first responders has been eye watering and truly makes me proud every day to be an American. The way the team searches out individuals that need support and the extra effort you all make with real time decisions have saved lives of those that risked all for our freedom and safety. Proud to be part of this team.
As a small business located in an area where we have an above average population of retired, current and disabled American Heroes. It’s been an honor to partner up with an organization who helps fill the gaps of the system.
I’ve personally watched their response time and it’s amazing. With no regard to time of day or day of the week. They are all on it.
Can’t wait to see what this organization does in the coming years.
Operation Decisive Victory is a nonprofit with so much passion behind it. The founders, team members, and volunteers truly care about each individual or family that needs assistance. I have seen them grow so much in the past few years and know the sky is the limit for this organization. You can count on ODV day and night and they will pick up the phone, lend a hand, and help you anyway they can. If you choose to support a charity, please choose ODV, as you will not regret it.
I've been working with them for sometime now. Helping them with providing for Veterans across the country. I've never met anyone that has so.much compassion for our Veterans than ODV. I'm am more than honored to help them in anyway I can and to be able to call them my brothers and sisters! They have always been open and honest about everything they do and are trying to do and have never asked for anything in return other than support for our Veterans. If everyone even showed half the compassion and drive to help help, then there would not be one Veteran left behind, which is the goal they are seeking! And with all our help, it is not a goal that can't be reached! So I would say, anyone who who has a opportunity to help ODV please contact them and lend a hand no matter how small or how big, it all helps a Veteran.
We have had the pleasure of working with Operation Decisive Victory multiple times in the past few years. We are both non profits and we are able to work together to get things done for our veterans. Could not ask for better friends or co-workers. Dona and Tintu and their gang are one of a kind. Thank you ODV for all you do for our Military Veterans. Look foward to working with you again in the near future
The way this group took a man off the street and had him immediately sheltered blew me away. They really care!!! That's rare these days. Thank you Operation Decisive Victory!!!
ODV is a great organization serving Vets in all capacities, from helping with bills,
to Helping a family for Christmas. And I know personally how much ODV has been trying so hard to do everything they can to see no Veterans are left behind! My hope is that more people Support ODV and our Veterans and lend a hand or an ear and listen to the needs..
This has been the best and most honest organization i have ever worked with and continue to work with. Our Veterans are being left out and forgotten! And that is how so many feel! Our Veterans do not deserve to feel this way. No matter how much we give, it is still so small compared to what they gave for us! And ODV has been working so very hard to do the best they can to make sure as many Veterans as possible know that people are out here that are trying to help and has not forgotten them! But ODV cannot do it alone, and they shouldn't have to do it alone, we all owe it to our Veterans. Its not how much you can or cannot give, its that you gave! So please, if you are reading this and you have been thinking about helping, any and all your help will make a big difference in a Veterans life!
Great group that is very efficient with their funds. Little to zero administration costs, all money goes directly to our veterans in need. They are filling the gap where other programs don’t reach. SUPPORT OUR TROOPS BY SUPPORTING THIS GROUP!
We’ve had a wonderful experience working with ODV. They’ve stepped in where we couldn’t (we are also a non-profit) and helped Veterans in need. They’ve guided these Veterans through the difficult task of getting a disability rating. They are an advocate for those who deserve so much. ODV is is quick with their responses and fast and efficient when it matters the most. We can’t wait to work with ODV more in the future! Thank you for all that you do!
I can't recommend ODV higher! ODV and its personnel have been absolutely vital for me to get my VA rating. When I began this journey I was lost. I ended up using a VSO that signed me up then went silent for two months. I reached out to ODV and I immediately felt like they had my back and would work miracles to get me through the process. I have had a ton of questions and ODV ALWAYS got back with the answers in a timely manner and made me felt supported.
If you know someone who is thinking about getting their VA rating, you have to call ODV and let them help guide you/them through the process. Trust me it is worth your/their time!
