my husband and i are on a limited income( social security income)and we have a medicare advantage plan/the co pays for some of our medication is high/i searched online for ways to lower our drug costs/i looked up the drug company that manufactures one of the meds i take and called the number listed/they had a program for one of my meds but not my husband/they gave me phone numbers of other places that might help/one of these phone numbers was to the pan foundation/i called and they had a program for my husband that would pay his co pay on one of his meds/there was a waiting list but he got in quickly and now whenever we go to his drugstore to refill this med we do not have the expense of a high co pay/we will have to renew every year but it is so worth it/it would be nice if they could offer this program for all drugs
