A free group offering a method to improve mental health is greatly needed in our society with all of the challenges with depression and anxiety that we have these days. Uplift challenges the individual to self-help through the teachings of Dr. Abraham Low's Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with group settings that amplify the importance of the teachings. Hearing others on their journey and the successes they've experienced with Uplift gives new people hope that the current situation they find themselves in CAN be remedied.
