I lost my father of my whole life and my precious Maltipoo of 14 years two weeks apart a few months ago and I was a wreck. Not too long ago, after picking up the pieces I could, I knew I wanted another little being to take care of. After reading, speaking, and visiting my new friend, I knew we were meant for one another. Her foster mom and I graduated from the same high school! I am so happy that I stored her kennel in the garage because she does not need it anymore. She was so scared of us at first but is quickly starting to become queen of this house and barks now! I love it. I have never rescued an animal, but I am so fortunate that I was lead to the people who gave me this little gift.
