I was unable to afford all the medicines I needed to take for heart failure. The nurse at the clinic told us about the PAN foundation. We applied are we are now able to get the medicine I needed for this year. Thank you to so many people the give to the PAN foundation and make it possible for me to continue with my treatments!!! You are such a blessing to me and my family!
