I've been attending Recovery/Uplift meetings for nearly five years and wish I had discovered this place sooner. The knowledge I've gained and discussions I've had with other members have been hugely beneficial to my mental health, and compliment the work I do with my therapist quite well.

I've been going to Uplift (formerly Recovery of Kentucky) meetings for about three and a half years. It's a free, safe, and confidential place to connect with others who struggle with anxiety, depression, and other mental health difficulties. I've not only learned, grown, and even developed some friendships with other members and attendees. It's a perfect tool to have available because it offers support without replacing or interfering with any other mental health treatment (therapy, psychiatry/medication, etc.) you may already be using.
