I have called the UCSPCA and it's Humane Law Enforcement division to report abuse and neglect of animals. They have responded rapidly and rescued the abused, starving animal I reported. The UCSPCA cared for this dog, nursed it back to health and fought for it in court.
This was one animal, I know they have saved so many.

The amount of compassion they have shown whenever I have needed help is amazing.
They fight the good fight for all the animals.
If I could give them 6 stars I would.
