Review for Equine Outreach Horse Rescue, Bend, OR, USA
I adopted 2 beautiful senior horses from Equine Outreach earlier this year. Their commitment to making sure that their horses were going to a good forever home as well as their commitment to making sure I was matched with the horses that were right for me was second to none. They truly care for both equine and human, understanding that the bond between the 2 is what makes it work in the long run. What really amazed me though is their ongoing commitment to the horses and to supporting me now they are home. I had EOI team members drop everything and come and help me with some minor emergencies as I was getting used to being a horse owner. And I know that if I called them today or a year or 2 from now, they would be here. Their commitment to and love for their horses is truly lifelong. I have been in the animal rescue world for a long time and have never experienced anything quite like it.
Review for Sanctuary One, Jacksonville, OR, USA
We can not say enough good things about Sanctuary One and the work they do. We were looking to adopt some goats and alpacas and the team at Sanctuary One were so amazing to work throughout the whole process. They were communicative and completely dedicated to making sure we got the animals that were the right fit for both us and the animals and were always fully transparent about any medical or behavior issues any of the animals may have had. Once we decided on the right animals to adopt (we also added some ducks and a beautiful goose to the family!), the team continued to look after all our animals without pressure while we had some delays getting our property ready for them.
Sanctuary One's main priority at all times is the comfort and happiness of the animals they care for and find homes for and the team are all obviously 100% dedicated to their mission. Thanks to them we now have wonderful additions to our family and are excited to hear about the next set of animals that Sanctuary One can now rescue in their place!
Thanks for all you do for the animals and the humans, Sanctuary One!
