I previously worked. at T.E.A.L and I fell in love with their mission, values and story. However, it is very different working under their management. You are surveillance, berated, and and not valued. The founder is very nice at the beginning, but a switch turns off when you ask questions or for guidance. Not a very inclusive environment either, and it is a shame since their mission is so great. Do better please.
