I really enjoy the mutualism at NGF. As a tutor, I get to give kids in my community the academic and mental/emotional help they need in school. I also feel like tutoring has greatly improved my charisma, my verbal intelligence, and even my academic ability. At NGF, both the tutors and the kids teach each other a lot, and sometimes the kids can even teach the tutors more than the tutor can teach the kids!
