I had a LOT of problems with their website. I use a PC v an app. I sent various messages to herobox and my problem was never resolved. This morning I received a message I had not lived up to my donation, when in fact, the box was shipped weeks ago. And, that brings me to another sore point. My husband and I both sponsored a hero. We both spent over $50 on our boxes. If I had not sent a note to my hero I would never have known the box arrived. I am so very disappointed that we both put in some time to consider what we were sending and not one thank you. Never again will we donate to someone who is unappreciative.
