OPH has been wonderful! I am a first time adopter, and had applied to several other adoption agencies before I found OPH. Some never got back to me at all, and others treated me with suspicion during my interview, almost as if they were looking for reasons not to approve people.

My experience with OPH couldn't have been farther from that. They were efficient and communicated along every step of the way. My adoption counselor was supportive and also gave me her honest opinion on whether she thought dogs that caught my interest would be a good fit for my lifestyle and home. I now have the perfect fit. OPH has sent me follow up emails to check on me and my newly adopted dog. I couldn't recommend OPH more highly!
