SPCA International funded the Olympic Peninsula Humane Society to support low-cost/subsidized Spay and Neuter surgeries for income-eligible pet owners in the community. The need is great and OPHS can now offer additional clinics to prevent overpopulation and to insure that every companion animal has a home (in addition to the other benefits of spay/neuter surgeries).
