I've been a patient of Community of Hope for a few years. Last year, I experienced breast pain and made an appointment with my PCP at Community of Hope. My PCP couldn't feel anything, but still recommended that I get a scan, just to double check that everything was normal. That decision saved my life! I was diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer, but since my doctor at Community of Hope advocated for me to get a scan, it was caught early at stage 1. Even my oncologist remarked how lucky I was to have a doctor refer me to get scans, especially since I don't have a family history of cancer and there was no palpable lump. I am eternally grateful to the medical team at Community of Hope!
