We just recently lost our parakeet after owning him for five and a half years, and I needed a new ESA to train. This was the first place we went to and I’m so glad we did. The process was quick, Audrey was an absolute darling, and she helped us through every step of the adoption. We ended up only spending about an hour or so there and got a same-day adoption completed in time for my roomie to go to work. She even went as far and beyond to offer us the cage that baby Ollie came with, and her toys, blanket, and traveler cage. She gave us as much information as she could about Ollie and the birds we saw around the place seemed healthy and happy! Ollie settled in quick today and is already drowning us in kisses and cuddles. I’ll never forget Audrey’s kindness; because of her, our family feels complete again. I’m not really sure what the other reviews are about, since the adoption fee + cage and accessories altogether was pretty cheap, but our experience was honestly wonderful. She seems to be genuinely interested in her fosters finding forever and happy homes, and that to me is the best part about the entire experience. Thank you for helping us through this difficult chapter in our lives. :)
