OPH was responsive, professional, and a partner throughout the process of adopting our new puppy. They checked our references, our vet, and once cleared, sent us plenty of pics to adopt from. The foster provided the background and medical records as requested. The adoption fee is small compared to all the work, time, and diligence they put in. Puppy was healthy and up to date on shots. These are good nature people all around.
