I love volunteering for Heart N Hands! I have provided blood pressure checks and heart healthy tips at several of their events and always leave feeling a big sense of accomplishment. The work they do is like none other - working to educate our young girls to prevent the #1 killer of women - heart disease. I am looking forward to the next event and another chance to educate more women and girls in the community. Follow them on social media to see all the great things they are doing. So proud to be a part of the organization and to see them grow. Even through COVID-19 they still managed to get our and work in the community and provide free virtual fitness sessions...WOW! Well done.
