Heart n Hands is an incredible organization!! We are continuing to work with the Girl Scouts and Girls on the Run to educate them on heart health, fitness and more!! We have expanded as well to Nashville! We have regular fitness programs with Nina Balan at the Lafitte Greenway and continuing their fight against heart disease in girls and women! We are doing some great things in the city of New Orleans!!

Heart N Hands is a phenomenal non-profit organization!! We work and strive to make young girls and women aware of the dangers of heart disease and how, now more than ever, it is important to take care of your body and most of all...your heart!!! Our organization has been host to many events like a virtual 5k, CPR classes, virtual yoga and more to help keep the community engaged and involved! I am super proud to be a part of this amazing organization and look forward to you joining us in continuing our cause!!!
