My experience with Presbyterian Home for Children has been from the employment/HR side with their staff. I'm their HR Consultant and what is clear and evident to me is how much each of the staff members truly have a servant's heart. Specifically, I see how important it is to them that they recruit and retain the best employees that truly do believe in Presbyterian's Home for Children mission and vision. They have also shown through performance how they care for and take care of their own employees by offering competitive benefits and pay practices while carefully balancing their fiduciary responsibilities. Great non-profit!
