A Hand up -- NOVA Inc, also known as the Northern Virginia Diaper Bank is an incredible group of people ensuring that every family that needs diapers for their little one gets them. They work tirelessly as volunteers to ensure that the enormous need is met. As Executive Director of another nonprofit, we did a diaper drive for this fine organization in the Spring of 2020. We were able to provide them with over 51,000 diapers. Sadly they needed to distribute that many diapers in just a couple of months and then again faced huge need. They work tirelessly and selflessly, they partner beautifully with the local public school system to find the families who are in need and fill that need, and they are genuinely some of the best people I have ever met. If you are looking for a nonprofit to support I highly recommend this one!
