Wow! Imagine a one minute commercial where a man in a busy marketplace in India orders an entire large fish and reveals it is for the arranged marriage of his daughter. The vendor preparing the fish begins to consistently bang his knife loudly on the cutting block. Within moments the hundreds of other people in the busy marketplace begin silently banging loudly on something. After 30 seconds of this, followed by silence, the man says he will not need the fish to cheers by all. This is the kind of infomercial PCI Media uses to bring about social maturation in India and other places around the world. They do everything from entertaining talk shows on family planning, the use of condoms, covid-19 protection, and sustainable environment behavior to comic books for children where the priority is socially responsible education. With 23 programs in 65 countries and 40 languages, PCI Media is using entertainment to mature us all.
