I wanted to foster a dog during Covid uncertainty. That is how I met Buster. The staff is so friendly. They are quick to help and always available. I failed fostering and adopted him. Hearts Alive helps dogs and cats that nobody else will.....seniors!! Thank you ALL!!! Dilbert (black dog) has grown to love Buster (brown dog) as his brother.
