Review for Save Cats and Obliterate Overpopulation, Cincinnati, OH, USA
when living in Cincinnati I came across SCOOP when I found a stray cat (that stray has lived with me 9 years now and his name is Oscar) ...they gave me a voucher to have him fixed. Also I love what they did for precious angel Sweetie and Jaax...SCOOP is a wonderful caring rescue...I am happy to be a monthly donor now.
