It was very gratifying to volunteer to work with my family and others in the soup kitchen on Sunday in Detroit serving the less fortunate and homeless people. Having conversations and sharing experiences with the people gave me a good feeling and great appreciation for the positive outlook on their life that they had. It inspired me to continue serving other.
