Love love LOVE the Quell Foundation. I was grateful to be a scholarship recipient four years ago and have been even more rewarded to involve myself more with the foundation, including speaking at the annual Masquerade Ball to share my own story of mental health and as a brother of a suicide victim. Quell does such a wonderful job bringing together people’s voices and inspiring so many in their efforts to remove the stigma.
