The Quell Foundation is a phenomenal organization dedicated to removing the stigma around mental health! I first became involved with Quell in the summer of 2020 as an intern for them, and am currently one of the Junior Board members. The Quell Foundation has taught me the importance of asking questions revolving around mental health, as well as being open to talking about my mental health more! The Quell Foundation has done amazing work so far, ranging from their documentary Lift the Mask: Portraits of Life with Mental Illness, to providing scholarships! The Quell Foundation has done so much for me and everyone else, and I am extremely grateful for them.
