The Center for Biological Diversity is my favorite environmental organization. They don't give away tote bags, calendars, mugs and other gimmicky merchandise in exchange for donations, so I know that the money I send them won't be wasted. They are focused, effective, committed and truly inspiring. I've been a member for years; I feel my contributions to CBD are a genuine investment in the future of life on this planet.
