My name is Kyle barnes and I am a constructing hope graduate. Before joining the pre apprenticeship program I worked a dead end job with no room to grow or make more money. Constructing hope has layed the foundation for young youth and anyone to change there lives. I am now a 1503 union carpenter and make 27 an hour base pay plus an incredible benefits package on top. With room to advance and grow my skills, the sky really is the limit. I regret not joining constructing hope much sooner in life but its ok. My career is established and I owe constructing hope a great deal for giving me the opportunity.
