As a part of the kansas pencils for success chapter, I think this organization is a great way to provide to the less fortunate through something as simple as school supplies. There is so much this organization can do for the community, so far this year we have made cards and took cookies to healthcare workers that have been working hard during this pandemic to show our appreciation. We have also handmade and sold earrings as a small fundraiser for people to get familiar with our chapter. This organization has also been receiving many generous donations that we have been distributing among some local schools. Our team is hoping all these contributions can help students in need!!
