Pencils for Success is an amazing nonprofit dedicated to a great cause! The organization receives countless in-person donations and raises huge amounts of money to buy and provide basic school supplies to underprivileged students across the nation. I have seen first hand how the organization continues to grow and develop our community into a better place. Not only does it directly collect and donate new and gently-used supplies and books to children in need, but Pencils for Success also shows kindness and appreciation for these children by writing and sending thoughtful messages and bracelets along with its donations.
As a member of the Pencils for Success leadership team, I can say with the utmost pride that our organization is dedicated to helping those in need and improving our community. Pencils for Success is a nonprofit 501c3 organization that provides underprivileged students with basic school supplies. We have donated both in our own community and in the international level. Recently, we have opened a new chapter of Pencils for Success in Olathe, Kansas. I have been to several donations with Pencils for Success, and it brings me the utmost joy to see the smiles on the kids’ faces when they see all the new supplies we have donated to them. I’m so glad to be a part of this team and to have the opportunity to give back to our community.
Pencils For Success is such an amazing organization and I love their mission. Over the past couple of years, the organization has collected so many school supplies to donate to those who lack access to sufficient school supplies. You can tell that the organization truly cares about their mission and they’re impacting so many people’s lives around the world. This organization is helping to reduce the barriers to education that some people face, which is so important.
As a part of the kansas pencils for success chapter, I think this organization is a great way to provide to the less fortunate through something as simple as school supplies. There is so much this organization can do for the community, so far this year we have made cards and took cookies to healthcare workers that have been working hard during this pandemic to show our appreciation. We have also handmade and sold earrings as a small fundraiser for people to get familiar with our chapter. This organization has also been receiving many generous donations that we have been distributing among some local schools. Our team is hoping all these contributions can help students in need!!
I am part of the Kansas Chapter for Pencils For Success. The organization is an excellent nonprofit that helps give back to the community through school supplies! The donations help students excel in their schools everyday. In these Covid times we have donated cards to health care workers, as well as gathered supplies to donate to various elementary schools in our area.

Pencils for success is an amazing nonprofit! The team behind it is extremely passionate about their goal. They give back to their community and to other places around the world. They provide underprivileged students with basic learning supplies, and they’ve even been donating to hospitals during Covid19. I’m really excited to work with them in the future, because all my interactions with them so far have been great!
