I came in touch with Regarding Cancer, after a couple months I finished my treatment. I was seeking for someone to talk to, someone I could relate. I was feeling lost, and scared, I felt so small.
Linda Richards, the program coordinator, did an amazing job. She matched me with Vanessa. I met Vanessa a Saturday afternoon at a coffee shop. We chatted for hours. I had so many questions to ask her. Vanessa answer every single of my questions with so much kindness. She gave me hope! talking to her made me see things in a different way. After we finish talking and left the coffee shop...I was so thankful with the organization and specially with Linda who did an extraordinary job, finding such a special and beautiful soul as Vanessa to be my match.
