I love working with the team of board members and volunteers that spend their days and nights making sure dogs are safe and taken care of. I am so proud of the team that has blossomed and we have almost saved 100 dogs a year and 2 months into being incorporated. We do best fit adoptions only, where we match the dog to the adoptive family and we take it very seriously. We have built a team of DOERS and ACHIEVERS, for that I am so grateful. We are always welcoming new foster families and volunteers to help us achieve our goal to help our community and to help Underdogs earn that shiny cape of success. When I got sick, the others picked up the slack (my partner Mikhail, really does a lot, and for being the only man in the group, he holds his own!) Here are some pictures of some of our fosters who survived life threatening diseases like parvo and some of the fun we've had throughout!
