I have been following Skydog Sanctuary for a few years and am always amazed at what they can do. They seemed to have a special way about them to not only rescue but heal the souls of the broken. Healing special needs horses. Finding and reuniting family and friends from the range. Each happy ending brings to light how special this organization is. Clare and the team go to great lengths to do what they do in a dignified way. Never responding to the critics that don't understand or believe in what they are doing. They are incredibly loving and caring people. We live through them in helping our mustangs and making a difference with the horses they help and their mission to help those on the range.

I have been following and supporting Skydog for a couple of years. This is not your normal rescue. Skydog mostly saves America's mustangs from the slaughter pipeline. No adoptions to move horses around, just a peaceful, well managed life at a beautiful sanctuary where they can be mostly free again. Its an honor to watch these beautiful creatures heal and find peace after the horrors they've seen at the hands of humans. Its always a bonus to see some mustang family members reunited to live at Skydog too! I love Skydog and all they do.
