I have volunteered at the Lords Pantry of Downingtown for 7 years and I have witnessed the great things that are done for the community at this organization. Providing food to hungry families is just the beginning of their outreach. They also make sure that children, seniors and vets receive new sneakers each fall, back to school backpacks, holiday meals and gifts and assistance in time of unexpected emergencies. The volunteers are wonderful and caring people who work hard to share love and respect with all of the clients. I would highly recommend the Lords Pantry of Downingtown for recognition of being a Great Nonprofit!

I have volunteered at Lords Pantry of Downingtown for 5 years and love the work that we do here for our community. Food is just one of the ways we support those in need. The annual Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas distributions give an extra bonus of food and holiday cheer to those who otherwise may be unable to enjoy the season. The annual sneaker distribution ensures that all of the children, seniors and veterans have a new pair of sneakers before school starts. Extra food is provided for the children who are home during the summer with our Summer Lunch program. And everyday our generous and friendly volunteers offer kindness and support to our clients in any way that we can. The Lords Pantry makes our community stronger, healthier and happier.

My husband and I have volunteered at the Lord's Pantry for many years and love the work that we do! Our clients are special to us and all of the volunteers take great care in providing great service and support to those in our community who need our help. The organization is 100% volunteer so every dollar and hour donated goes directly to our clients. Not only does the Lord's Pantry provide food, it also supports families who are facing challenges caused by extraordinary circumstances. We witness great generosity from our community as well and through those combined efforts are able to make our community stronger, safer and healthier.

My husband and I have been volunteering at the Lord's Pantry for several years and it has been a wonderful experience! We have come to know most of the other volunteers and many of the clients and are constantly reminded how much good can be accomplished when people work together. The Pantry volunteers have a strong commitment to giving back to our community and sharing our varied talents in ways that help the organization to do the most good for all. We have witnessed incredible generosity and feel fortunate to be involved with this great organization.
