Our electricity was completely shut off. We live in Arizona and it was so hot in our house. We called at least 20 organizations that said they could not help. When we finally reach out to the Coalition they listened to us, made us feel like we actually mattered, and assisted us the same day we applied. We filled out an application and within two hours we were in the process of getting our electric turned back on. We could not believe it. They were kind, helpful, and they cared when no one else did. Whitney was our case manager and she is also helping us find resources in our town for other needs that we have. They don't just assist and then say bye. They actually keep checking on you and working with you. Thank you Coalition.
