Our family is very thankful for Wounded Warrior Family Support . My husband is a combat wounded veteran, I am his caregiver & we have 2 daughters. This organization has done so much for our family, they've been such a blessing the last few years. They offer assistance for not only the wounded veteran, but the entire family. Heather is amazing, she calls to make sure all went well with one thing, checks in to make sure she is in the loop if we are in need, or calls just to say hello in that sweet voice of hers...she truly cares & has become a wonderful friend. With her help, WWFS has provided us with childcare during some of my husbands procedures, they helped pay for a much needed family vacation to Universal & Lego-land. Most recently, with the kids having to give up so much with trying times of COVID, they gifted our children an activity grant, which is helping us pay toward the things they love to do, like dance, volleyball & piano lessons. We are forever grateful for the donors & Wounded Warrior Family Support for everything they do for us & wounded warrior families like ours.
