I started Hand in Hand Parenting with my family 2 years ago. It has changed how I parent, look at my parenting and feel about my parenting. It has given me the insight into supporting each other as parents and has taught me how to seek support and accept support taking me to a better place to be there for the emotions of my children. My children have a safe place to fully release their emotions and move forward lighter and happier and more connected. It has been a game changer for us!
