I have not adopted a dog from Lap Dog, but have friends who have. I have had interactions with Lap Dog when I’ve found one of their dogs, and these folks are the most caring and professional people. I would entrust my dog to them, and if I were to want another dog, I would call them first! They really go the extra mile!
