This is an amazing group. All of the staff are amazing and super professional. Classes for Rock Steady Boxing (for Parkinson's patients) are the best and Nick Gorsine, Molly, Dr Joel and Jessica are extremely supportive. They take a genuine interest in their clients. Also, Nick's energy and motivating spirit cannot be matched. They've also done a great job trying to meet the needs of their clients during this COVID 19 period. They have been creative on creating virtual classes to meet our physical needs.

I cannot say enough about this group and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.
