Review for PACIFIC DIVERSIFIED SERVICES INC, San Anselmo, CA, USA
Pacific Diversified Services embodies the belief that the dignity of risk is something everyone should be allowed. Holding a job, working, contributing and living life fully in the community is possible for most people with disabilities, even severe disabilities. PDS has proved this! I worked there years ago and still donate money to their cause. Their clients are more than clients. They are a vibrant part of their community. They make friends, go to movies and concerts, go to work, earn their way just like everyone else, they don't sit in a day center unchallenged and under stimulated. Lisa Giraldi's vision and passion are manifest in this incredible collection of people. I defy you not to be moved by the work they do.

I wish they didn't have to rely so heavily on DSS for funding. Lisa's put together a coalition of supporters and has found very creative ways to fundraise. They always need more supporters, donors, friends, advocates.
